How to Reset (Change) Your Forgotten Password on Windows Server

​1.
boot from "Windows Server installation disk"
English - Next
Repaire your computer
Command prompt
(or Shift - F10)
cd c:\windows\system32 (D:\windows\system32)
move Utilman.exe Utilman.exe.bak
copy cmd.exe Utilman.exe

2.
Restart
Windows key + U
a)

mmc.exe (to reset password)
Add/Remove Snapin - select:
- Active Directory Users and Computers (AD)
- Local Users and Groups (Local)

b)

- command line
net user UserTest Pa$$w0rd /add /passwordreq:yes /fullname:"Test User"
net localgroup Administrators UserTest /add

3.
Once you’re logged in again don’t forget to delete Utilman.exe and then rename Utilman.exe.bak back to plain old Utilman.exe.
And certainly delete UserTest.
